The EC25 – 4G LTE TTL modem developed by Quectel, a leading provider of wireless communication modules. The EC25 modem is designed to provide high-speed cellular connectivity and is widely used in various IoT (Internet of Things) applications.

Features Of EC25 – 4G LTE TTL Modem

  • LTE Connectivity: The modem supports LTE Category 4, allowing for download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps. It operates on various LTE frequency bands, enabling global compatibility.
  • TTL Interface: The EC25 connects to a host device using a TTL (Transistor-Transistor Logic) interface. with on board TTL Level Converter. Can be interfaced easily with Arduino, Raspberry PI and other microcontrollers.
  • Compact Size: The modem comes in a small form factor, making it suitable for integration into space-constrained devices. It can be easily mounted on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) or other embedded systems.
  • Multi-band Support: The EC25 supports multiple frequency bands, including FDD-LTE, TDD-LTE, and WCDMA. This enables connectivity across different regions and ensures compatibility with various cellular networks.
  • GNSS Support: The modem includes built-in GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) functionality, which enables accurate positioning and navigation using GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, or BeiDou satellite systems.
  • SIM Card Slot: The EC25 has a built-in SIM card slot, and On board Status LED’s
  • Advanced Features: The modem supports features such as SMS, TCP/IP stack, PPP, firmware update over-the-air (FOTA), and QMI (Qualcomm MSM Interface) for enhanced functionality and ease of integration.
