- Any defects in the item that may be discovered during the first seven days of receipt of the item must be reported within 7 days of receipt and should reach us within 15 days of receipt in the original packing with all the original packing parts/components/contents/accessories unless mentioned otherwise. Warranty doesn’t include items broken or damaged due to mishandling by the buyer. Any damaged components will not be replaced. Returns delivery charges will be paid by buyer.
- If the fault is due to accident, misuse, negligence and willful Damage by the Customer. This Warranty Is not valid If The Product Is Damaged After Delivery By An Accident ,Natural Calamities ,Mishandling, Failure to Follow Operational Instructions, Exposure to rain water or heavy moisture laden conditions, Repaired By Unauthorized Persons, Storage near any heat source or indirect sunlight for an extended period of time. Any Repair or Replacement of Defective Parts will be charged to the Customer.
- Once your Order is received and inspected, we shall process the refund/notify you of rejection of your refund. In case of a refund, a credit will automatically be made via UPI/NEFT, within 10 days of approval.
- If haven’t received or delay in receiving the refund within 10 days, please check with your Credit/Debit Card Company or your Bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is made. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
