CD4060DMTR SOP-16 Counters
CD4060D is composed of an oscillator and a 14-bit binary serial counter. The oscillator can be an external RC or crystal.When RESET is high, the counter is cleared and the oscillator is invalid. All counter bits are master-slave triggers.A Schmitt trigger is used on the clock pulse line to limit the clock rising and falling time.
