ULN2003 Stepper Motor Driver SMD IC SOIC16
The ULx200xA devices are high voltage, high current Darlington transistor arrays. Each device consists of 7 NPN Darlington pairs with high voltage outputs with common cathode clamping diodes for switching inductive loads. The collector current rating of a single Darlington pair is 500mA. Paralleling Darlington pairs can provide higher currents.
