BL0937 is a wide range single-phase multi-function energy metering chip Chips, suitable for single-phase socket meters, single-phase strips, and smart home appliance control Circuits and other applications, it has a high cost performance.

Energy Metering IC integrates 2 high-precision Sigma-Delta ADCs Reference voltage, power management and other analog circuit modules, as well as processing Digital signal processing of electrical parameters such as power, current and voltage effective values circuit. Provide high frequency CF1 to indicate current/voltage effective value, High frequency CF is used for energy metering. BL0937 can measure single-phase active energy, active power,Current and voltage effective values and other parameters; can fully meet the socket table, single needs in fields such as phase strips and smart home appliances.

Features of BL0937 Energy Metering IC

• High precision, within the input dynamic range of 2500:1, non Linear measurement error is less than ±0.5%
• Large signal stability, sampling current 300mA point, CF output Bounce less than ±0.2%
• Small signal stability, sampling current 50mA, point CF jitter is small ±0.3%
• The chip gives the effective value of voltage and current, and the current measurement range 4mA~30Aÿ@1mohm
• The chip has an anti-creep design to ensure that the noise power is resection.
• There is a power supply voltage monitoring circuit on the chip to detect power failure When the operating voltage is lower than 2.7V, the chip enters the reset state
• The chip has a built-in 1.2V reference voltage source
• The chip has built-in oscillator circuit, clock is about 2MHz
