Timer Delay with PWM Controller for liquid dispensing

It is an Timer Delay with PWM Controller for liquid dispensing of specific amount of liquid at the specified speed, we can set the motor speed through the 100K-SPEED-SET Pot on the board and simultaneously the IRV2 obstacle sensor out put delay can be set to a specified time delay. With this it can keep the motor ON for a specified amount of time example say 5 seconds and then switch off the motor even when there is obstacle presence, the whole operation resets once the obstacle is removed.
